If you are unsure of what your finished product will look like when personalised. Please request a proof, we will be happy to complete this free of charge once a sale is complete and will work with you directly to ensure the perfect product result for you and your needs. If a proof is not requested we will not be responsible for any differences between expectation and results.

Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.


As we use natural timbers and fibres in all of our hand made products, we cannot guarantee that all timbers will look exactly the same as those shown in the photographs. Remember, these small differences are what make your gift unique!

Spelling Mistake / Errors

We know how important it is for the personalisation to be spelt correctly and we make every effort to ensure that this does not happen. 

Our personalised gifts are tailor-made for each customer, our software and printers will reproduce the same exact message that has been entered by you when ordering. We, therefore, recommend that you to double check any names and messages for potential spelling mistakes.
If your gift does arrive with mistakes caused at our end we will replace or repair the product accordingly, however we cannot accept responsibility if the error was made during the process of entering details during the order.

Due to the custom and personalised nature of our work, we cannot unfortunately accept returns due to changing of minds.



All of our products are carefully wrapped and protected for their journey from our workshop to your home! We guarantee that when they are packaged that they are done so with care and attention to detail. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by the postage service. If you would like insurance placed on your order, this is available and be sure to contact us prior to ordering.

Postage Times

We pride ourselves on the quickest possible turn around times on our orders, however, there are times when orders do take a little longer due to family life or peek gifting periods. The postal service processing times are also a guide only. We cannot guarantee a particular delivery date or time but if you have a deadline, please contact us so we can do our best to help out. We can also express post to ensure that the perfect gift makes it on time!
